Instructor:

Madam Leong is an expert in Chinese cooking cuisines with over 15 years of experience. She’s a graduated from Seni Institute of Chinese Cooking Malaysia, Institute of Taiwan, and The Taiwanese Cultural University - Cuisine Department.
Mdm. Leong is the author of several cook books such as; “Famous Cuisine - 80 Great Vegetarian Cuisine”, & “Yum Yum Magazine” and she also answers and advices many people’s quiries on cooking in magazine articles. She has also participated & won various cooking contests and has been appointed to judged several cooking competitions. Recently she appeared in a cooking program on TVB-Channel 8.
