I love coming to Pottery. It's fun and I get to learn techniques on how to create things because I love being creative with my hands. I like that I get to use the things I make, like a soap dish which my dad thought we bought. I am proud of my work: I've accomplished something every time I create something for someone. And the lessons are great fun. It allows me to express my creativity because the teacher and lessons let us make what we like.
I feel I have become more creative with this new skill. I look forward to coming to class every week. It helps me learn how to plan ahead as well as I would think what I want to make for my next class. It's also a calming class: it helps me relax from school work. I'm also happy I can make gifts for my parents and friends; it's more special than buying a gift because I made it myself.
I'd recommend my friends and children who like being creative to this class.
